Spaghetti ai ricci di mare

Ingredienti per 4 persone
330 g. di spaghetti
13 cl d'olio extra vergine d'oliva
666 g. di ricci di mare
1 spicchi d'aglio

Aprire i ricci, pulire le uova dalle alghe metterli in un bicchiere, far rosolare due spicchi d'aglio in un tegamino con l'olio d'oliva.

A fuoco spento versare le uova dei ricci.

Cuocere gli spaghetti (per il tempo necessario) scolare e condire con il preparato precedentemente.

Servire caldo.
